J Tyler Hillenbrand Tony is a
Tyler is an Eastside native to the Seattle area. He went to the University of Arizona where he studied Physiological Sciences, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Chemistry. Tyler has taught exercise physiology at the University of Arizona and anatomy and physiology, nutrition, and fitness programming at Ashmead College. He specializes in metabolic testing and sports training but enjoys working with clients to accomplish their individual goals, whatever they may be. Tyler has worked in physical therapy clinics for over 3 years and understands the importance of proper fitness training as well as the need for communication between health professionals. Tyler brings his five years of experience in fitness training to use for you in a unique and personalized technique.
Kelly F Fennelly
Kelly is from the Northwest and grew up in North Idaho. She went to school at North Idaho College and Eastern Washington University. Kelly has worked in physical therapy clinics for many years and spent five years managing fitness clubs throughout the Northwest. Kelly Brings experience in yoga, nutrition, group exercise, spinning, personal training, boot camps, and marathon training. She has been an active member in the fitness community for over 12 years. Kelly prides herself on her ability to individualize workouts for client's needs. Kelly enjoys bringing functional training, circuit training, stretching, and core work into her program design to form a well rounded approach to fitness. Kelly works with clients of all ages and needs.

Shannon Paterson
Shannon is an expert running and triathlon coach. She has a BS in Exercise Science from Penn State University as well as ACE, RRCA, USAT, & AFFA certifications. Shannon has a passion for triathlon, marathon, and weight training. Some of her accomplishments include:
· 2nd in age group & 4th amateur female at Tacoma City Marathon
· Ironman World Championships in Hawaii 2005,2006, and 2007
· Ironman PR of 10:33:56 at Ironman Canada 2007
· 1st in age group & 4th amateur female at Ironman Canada 2006
· 1st in age group at the 2006 & 2nd in 2007 at Desert Half Ironman in Canada
· 2nd in age group at 2007 Oliver Half Marathon
· 1st Overall female at the Iao Valley 10K in Maui 2006
· 8th in age group at Ironman Coeur d’Alene 2006
Because of Shannon’s education, experience, and personal love of fitness, she is able to create programming based on specific goals. Having worked extensively with a corporate population, she understands the needs of the average business person. She also understands the needs of a more sport specific athlete. The trait that sets her apart from most personal trainers is her wide variety of experience, educational background, and depth of services.
