Our personal training sessions focus on achieving the goals you and your trainer set.  We meet with each client and discuss their individual fitness and nutrition goals.  We customize your program for achieving these goals through the use of the most up to date nutritional software, and advanced metabolic testing equipment.  Your personal training will be the most customized training you can find.  You can choose a session length of 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on your goals and fitness level.  We also retest our clients metabolism every 6 weeks in order to track your progress and keep you on track toward accomplishing your goals. 
PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Private session are one on one sessions with you trainer.  Private training allows for the most customized and focused program.  Persons with special conditions due to injuries, goal specificity, or in need of advanced sports training are advised to consider private training.
DUET TRAINING
Duet sessions include you and a friend or someone we match you up with training together.  We try to match those that wish to participate in duet training with people of equal athletic ability in order to maximize benefits for both people. 
GROUP TRAINING
Group training session include 3 to 4 people working in a group setting.  These session are usually set up by the clients and have the same people with a set time, determined by the clients. 

GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are held on certain days of the week and times of day.  They vary during the year and have a circuit training programs.  Anyone is welcome to join group classes and they on a first come first serve basis with a max capacity of 8 participants.

        - 6:30 - 7:30PM
SATURDAY
        - 9:00 - 10:00AM
