At Lakeside Fitness we use the method of indirect calorimetry to accurately measure a persons resting metabolic rate and energy expenditure at each exercise intensity.
This information is used to develop a cardiovascular training plan designated to maximize potential for weight loss or sports performance. In addition, we use test results to develop a meal plan for you based on how many calories your body burns each day and the ration of Fats to Carbohydrates you specifically burn.

NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMMING
Based on your individual metabolic test results we use our advanced nutritional software to customize a meal plan based on the amount of calories your body consumes and the ratio of Fats to Carbohydrates you burn them in.
Our meal plans are based on foods that you have chosen from our detailed medical history questionnaire. Our goal is to make your program realistic so you have the best chance for achieving your goals.
